Founder & CEO
Aerial Capital Partners & Aerial Development Group
Britnie Turner is the Founder and CEO of Aerial Development Group. Britnie grew up working in her father’s multifamily rental business where, from the age of 7, she learned how to run, manage and turn around multifamily projects. She bought her first rental property at the age of 18 and has personally managed over 100 units for herself, friends, and partners. Having been featured in the local newspapers over 25 times in the last 9 months and gaining local and national recognition, Aerial is setting a new standard for what a real estate development company can achieve.
Nashville’s Mayor Karl Dean recently awarded Britnie with the “Woman to Watch” award for workforce innovation just as Ernst & Young selected her as one of only 13 women in the nation to receive their “Entrepreneurial Winning Women” for 2014. Glamour Magazine named her as Tennessee’s representative for “50 Phenomenal Women who are making a difference.” She will be featured in Forbes and Fortune Magazine this Fall and is being awarded “Enterprising Woman of the Year” this March.
Britnie Turner is an innovative business professional who believes in the power of using business as a force for good. Turner founded Aerial Development Group at the age of 21 in Nashville, Tennessee. Aerial is now Nashville’s largest residential infill development company, and has most recently taken ground in the multi-family and mixed-use development markets. In partnership with Horizon Initiative, a non-profit organization rescuing and empowering orphaned children to self-sustainability through a micro-community model, Aerial sponsors an orphan in the name of the homebuyer for every home they sell as part of their social venture business approach.
